If you do not prefer to make an online payment on Eorder.com.bd then you can opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on Eorder.com.bd.

11. Are there any terms and conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?

  • Cash on delivery is applicable only for Dhaka city
  • 500 tk or 10% (whichever is higher) advance payment is required for outside Dhaka delivery.
  • The maximum order value for COD is BDT 5,000
  • e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for COD orders
  • Please make ONLY Cash Payment at the time of delivery.
  • Foreign currency as payment against a COD order is not accepted.

12. Can I cancel any products that I purchased?

Yes, you can cancel an order on Eorder.com.bd. For outright cancellations contact our Customer Support team. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If you received the product, it will be eligible for 48 hours Replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Contact customer support immediately if you receive any defected products.

 13. How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through:

14. How many days are need to do a delivery inside/ Outside Dhaka?

Ans: Most of the time we ensure delivery within 48 hours after confirming the order within Dhaka metro whereas inside Dhaka our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 days and outside Dhaka maximum 7 days.

15. Do you have door step delivery outside Dhaka?

Ans: We ensure door step delivery outside Dhaka by renowned delivery partner within District and divisional both cities and thana level across Bangladesh.

16. Is it possible to execute the same day delivery?

Ans: In case of medical emergency and wellbeing we provide same day delivery support inside Dhaka only. You can call to our hotline number if same day delivery is required outside Dhaka.

17. Why don’t you update product price/Stock frequently?

Ans: Basically, this is Online Platform where different sellers are selling their products, so as the number of products is huge in number so real time update of stock is difficult, however we try to update this stock information as frequently as possible.

18. How will I upload my products on your site as a seller?

Ans: At first you need to complete your registration as seller after that we will guide you how to do it. We have developed a complete manual for the seller for uploading product in our website. Step by step process is being directed in that manual. If any further support is needed then you may take help through hotline, email as well as messenger.

19. Can I have a real image of the product right now?

Ans: The genuine photo of every single product is given in the website. If any demand being placed by the customer, we can provide the real image of product after confirming the order by customer.

20. Do you have any showroom?

Ans: We are an E-commerce platform committed to provide 360-degree support in terms of products and services. We do not have any showroom and we do not own any products.  Our office address is given bottom of the website.

21. Is there 0% EMI facilities available?

Ans: We are providing 0% EMI facilities with some banks and NBFIs. In near future we will expand our 0% EMI facility with extensive number of financial institutions.

23. What will happened if the product not delivered?

Ans: we are being maintained very transparent communication with our valued customer as well as our delivery resources. If any unexpected situation arises after getting the query, we will take immediate necessary actions. Our Hotline and email address is already there in the website and just call or send us email we will support you.

24. How will you ensure after sales support?

26. What is your refund policy?

Ans: If the transaction happened by cash it takes seven (7) days to refund on the other hand if the transaction happened via debit/credit card or any other Payments gateway then it takes at least twenty (20) days. 27. What will happened in case of change of mind?

Ans:
Customer may change his/her choice at any point of time. If anything needs to change it is mandatory to inform within three (3) hours after placing the particular order. Once we ship the product into your address and you return the product due to change of mind then shipping charge (in cash) will be imposed.

28. Do u have any installation service?

Ans: We have been providing all sort of technical installation service with installation charge.

29. What will happen if I got the dead-on arrival product?

Ans: We always do 3 layers inspection before final packaging. Still if any discrepancy takes place, we will replace it within 48 hours after investigate the reasons. (this policy only applicable for manufacturing fault)
