If you do not prefer to make an online payment on Eorder.com.bd then you can opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on Eorder.com.bd.
11. Are there any terms and conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
- Cash on delivery is applicable only for Dhaka city
- 500 tk or 10% (whichever is higher) advance payment is required for outside Dhaka delivery.
- The maximum order value for COD is BDT 5,000
- e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for COD orders
- Please make ONLY Cash Payment at the time of delivery.
- Foreign currency as payment against a COD order is not accepted.
12. Can I cancel any products that I purchased?
Yes, you can cancel an order on Eorder.com.bd. For outright cancellations contact our Customer Support team. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If you received the product, it will be eligible for 48 hours Replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Contact customer support immediately if you receive any defected products.
